Victim dynamics in cases of domestic violence, child victimization and sexual assault are similar in District Court as in County and Juvenile Courts. It is important to review these sections in the other modules because victim interaction is greater at the District Court level. Therefore, there is value in being reminded of the specific dynamics that each type of trauma has on crime victims.

However, there are other offenses that are not handled in County and Juvenile Court that are in District Court.
