 Arsonist Sentenced to Probation

 A man who pleaded guilty to breaking into and setting fire to several cars in a Denver neighborhood this summer has been sentenced.

 

David Dinsmore (DOB 08-30-83) was led away in handcuffs today following a sentencing hearing.  Dinsmore pled guilty to second-degree arson (F4) and criminal trespass (F5).  Dinsmore was sentenced to four years of intensive supervison probation and the amount of his restitution is put on hold for 60 days.

 

Dinsmore destroyed numerous cars along Clarkson Street and 1st Avenue on June 9, 2004.
