Charged With Arson, Murder
Denver District
Attorney Bill Ritter, Jr. formally charged a man today in
connection with the death of an unidentified man on February 13,
2004.
Edward Hudson
(DOB 11-20-62)
is charged with first-degree murder—after deliberation
(F1), first-degree murder—felony murder (F1),
first-degree arson (F3), and fourth-degree arson
(F4).
Hudson is
charged in connection with the death of an unidentified man who
was found inside a burning apartment at 2232 ½ Ogden St.
Hudson remains
in custody at the Denver County Jail and will appear in Denver
County Court on February 24, 2004 at 9:00 a.m.
in courtroom 12T for advisement.
