MAN CHARGED WITH MANSLAUGHTER IN FRIEND’S DEATH

 

Denver District Attorney Bill Ritter, Jr. has formally charged a man in connection with the shooting death of his friend that occurred last Tuesday in the 3200 block of South Parker Road.

 

Edward Munderloh (DOB: 03-06-83) is charged with manslaughter (F4).

 

The charge alleges that Munderloh and his friend, Timothy Thompson, were at Munderloh’s apartment playing around with a gun around 1 a.m. on November 16, 2004 when it went off and killed Thompson. 

 

Munderloh has been released from custody on $50,000.  He is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court to be formally advised of the charge on December 2, 2004 at 9 a.m. in room 12T.

 

 

 

The presumptive range for sentencing on a class 4 felony is 2 to 6 years in prison.
