RESTAURANT OWNER CHARGED

 

Denver District Attorney Bill Ritter, Jr. has charged a Denver restaurant owner with possession of cocaine and unlawful sexual contact.

 

Fred Anzman (DOB: 08-02-51) has been charged with unlawful sexual contact (M-1) and possession of a controlled substance (F-4). 

 

The incident occured on March 28, 2004 when the victim was approached by Anzman after eating at his restaurant, Deli Tech, located in the Denver Tech Center.  The unlawful sexual contact took place when Anzman allegedly invited the victim into his office to discuss the restaurant business.  Anzman is also being charged with possession of cocaine reportedly discovered by officers when he was taken into custody. 

 

Anzman remains in custody at the Denver County Jail on $5,000 bond.  He is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court on April 7, 2004, in courtroom 12T to be advised of the charges against him.
