MOTHER CHARGED IN
INFANT’S DEATH
Denver District
Attorney Bill Ritter, Jr. is charging a Denver mother in
connection with the death of her newborn baby. The baby was
found in a dumpster near the 4800 block of Beach Court on June
25, 2004 and later died at Denver Health Medical Center.
Griselle Suarez
(DOB: 4-17-84) has been charged with first-degree murder
(F1) and child abuse resulting in death (F2).
She continues to be
held without bond in the Denver County Jail. She is tentatively
scheduled to be advised of the charges on Wednesday, July 7,
2004 at 8:30 a.m. in Denver County Court, room 12T.
