BROTHER CHARGED WITH MURDER

 

Denver District Attorney Bill Ritter, Jr. has charged a Denver man with killing his brother last weekend.

 

Fernando Urdanivia-Chavez (DOB: 10-18-77) is charged with first-degree murder (F1) in connection with the stabbing death of his brother Esteban Urdanivia-Chavez.

 

The charge alleges that Fernando Urdanivia-Chavez stabbed his brother to death on August 26, 2004 at their home in the 3800 block of Irving Street.

 

He is being held without bond in the Denver County Jail and will be advised of the charge on Friday, September 3, 2004 at 9 a.m. in Denver County Court, room 12T.
