CHARGES FILED IN
ZAMORA CASE
Denver District
Attorney Bill Ritter, Jr. formally charged Robert Zamora
(DOB: 4-30-80) today in connection with the aggravated robbery
of a Denver store (El Patron) on January 3, 2004. Zamora
is expected to be charged tomorrow in connection with the
shooting of a Denver police officer that occurred a few days
later on January 7, 2004 near Colfax Avenue and Xavier Street.

individual(s) committed a crime(s) under Colorado laws. A
defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven
