Denver District Attorney Mitch
Morrissey charged a man with vehicular homicide today in
connection with a hit and run death that occurred at 10th
Avenue and Lincoln Street on Monday evening.
Chase Miller
(12-05-74) is charged with vehicular homicide (F3),

Cooper was taken to Denver Health Medical Center where he was
pronounced dead.
Miller was arrested a short time
later after fleeing the scene. He has posted a $35,000 and has
been released from custody. He is scheduled to appear in Denver
