LAWYER PLEADS GUILTY IN THEFTS FROM CLIENTS

 

A former probate lawyer accused of stealing millions of dollars from clients has pleaded guilty in Denver District Court today.

 

Wiley Todd Linville (DOB: 10-10-58) pleaded guilty to three counts of felony theft and one count of forgery.  He could face up to 40 years in prison when he sentenced on September 29, 2005.

 

Linville was accused of stealing millions of dollars from clients, both living and dead, by converting their funds to his own personal use.
