Melanie Ochoa (DOB: 11-25-72) is charged with sexual conduct in a penal institution (F6).

The charge alleges that Ochoa had sexual contact with a 31-year-old male inmate while she was supervising him at a private community corrections facility in Denver.  Ochoa was arrested on February 5, 2005 and has been released on $10,000 bond.  She is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court on February 24, 2005 at 9 a.m. in room 12T to be formally advised of the charge.
