WOMAN SENTENCED IN ROAD RAGE CASE

 

 A woman accused of assaulting a family in a car in connection with a road-rage incident occurring in October 2003 was sentenced today, January, 21, 2005. 

 Shalmir Petsche (DOB: 10-29-83) pleaded guilty to criminal mischief and 3rd degree assault and was sentenced to 2 years probation, restitution, and attendance at anger management classes.  She was also sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended if Petsche completes probation successfully. 

 Additionally, Petsche pleaded guilty to a drug possession charge, and was given probation through Denver’s drug court.
