WOMAN CHARGED IN INMATE SEX CASE
Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey has charged a woman who
is accused of having sex with an inmate at the correctional
facility where she was working.
Sherice Robinson
(dob; 06-07-72) is charged with two counts of sexual
misconduct in a penal institution (F5).
Robinson was a case manager at the Columbine community
corrections facility in Denver. The charges allege that on two
separate occasions in November, Robinson had sexual contact in
her office with an inmate.
Robinson has been released from custody on a $1,000 bond and is
scheduled to appear in Denver County Court, room 12T, on
Thursday, December 22, 2005 at 9 a.m. to be formally advised of
the charges. The presumptive range for sentencing on a class 5
felony is up to 3 years in prison.
