MAN CHARGED IN QUADRUPLE SHOOTING
Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey has charged a man in
connection with a shooting last week that left four people
seriously wounded early on Thanksgiving morning.
Michael Rollie
(dob: 07-30-70) is charged with four counts of attempted
first-degree murder (F2) and four counts of first-degree
assault (F3).
Rollie was reportedly involved in an altercation inside Market
41 at about 1:50 a.m. on November 24, 2005 in which he was
injured by a glass bottle that hit him on the head. The charges
allege that he left the bar and a few minutes later began firing
shots along Market Street, hitting four people.
Rollie remains in custody in the
Denver County Jail. His bond was set at $100,000. He is
scheduled to appear in Denver County Court, room 12T, on
December 2, 2005 at 9 a.m. to be formally advised of the
