BUCHANAN CHARGED

 

Denver District Attorney Bill Ritter, Jr. filed formal charges today against a man who claimed he was looking for fashion models but allegedly used the ruse to assault women.

 

Robert Buchanan (9-12-46) is charged with unlawful sexual contact (F4) in connection with one incident occurring on May 13, 2002 involving one victim.  The investigation is continuing and additional cases are expected to be filed next week.

 

Buchanan remains in custody in the Denver County Jail.  He is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court, room 12T, on Tuesday, May 21, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. to be formally advised of the charge.
