Denver District Attorney Bill Ritter, Jr. formally charged 22-year-old Naif Al-Yousif (DOB: 9-12-78) today in connection with the death of 20-year-old Abdulaziz Al-Kohaji.

Al-Yousif is charged with first degree murder after deliberation (F1) and conspiracy to commit first degree murder (F2).

Al-Yousif is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court room 12T at 9:00 a.m., Friday, February 9, 2001 for his formal advisement of the charges. He remains in the Denver County Jail.
