Woman charged
with murder
Airestina Hernandez
(DOB:7-30-80) was formally charged with first-degree murder
(F1) today in connection with the shooting death of 23-year-old
Alex Jiminez. Jiminez was found dead inside a home he shared
with Hernandez in the 1200 block of Trenton Street on October 6,
2002. She will appear in Denver County Court, room 12T, to be
advised of the charge on Tuesday, October 15, 2002 at 9:00 a.m.
Two charged in
murder case
Phillip Board (DOB:
9-21-80) and Joshua Doolittle (DOB: 2-10-86) have been charged
today in connection with death of 19-year-old Jeffrey Smith.
Smith was found at 14th and Gilpin on October 4, 2002
with a gunshot wound. He later died at Denver Health Medical
Center. Doolittle, who is a juvenile charged as an adult in the
case, and Board both face charges of first-degree murder
(F1), attempted aggravated robbery (F4), and
conspiracy (F4). They will be formally advised of the
charges in Denver District Court 12, on November 18, 2002 at
8:30 a.m.
