On Tuesday, Denver District Attorney Bill Ritter, Jr. charged 30 year old Darlene Rueda-Banuelos (DOB: 5/25/73) with second-degree kidnapping (F4). The presumptive range of the sentence is two to six years in prison and a fine of $2,000 to $500,000.

She remains at the Denver County Jail; bond has been set at $100,000. She is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court, Room 12T, on Thursday, June 12 at 9 a.m., to be advised of the charge.
