CHARGES FILED IN CONNECTION WITH FATAL FALL

Denver District Attorney Bill Ritter, Jr. filed charges today against a man who was with a woman who fell to her death from an abandoned school building early Monday morning, May 19, 2003.

24-year-old James Farley (DOB: 11-21-78) is charged with possession of a controlled substance-cocaine (F4), reckless endangerment (M3), and second-degree trespass (M3).

The charges allege that Farley climbed a fence to get into the abandoned building at 1115 Acoma Street.  Farley’s friend, 36-year-old Tracy Rollert, was with him and fell to her death.
