MAN SENTENCED IN SON’S
DEATH
Jamie Christian
(DOB: 6-7-69) was sentenced today in connection with the death
of his son, Zelan Christian, on December 4, 2002. The baby was
10 months old when he died from a fatal blow to the abdomen.
Christian pleaded
guilty in March to negligent child abuse resulting in death. He
was sentenced to 14 years in prison today when he appeared
before Denver District Court Judge Morris Hoffman.
