NAKED BURGLAR
CHARGED
Denver District
Attorney Bill Ritter, Jr. formally charged a man accused of
sneaking into a home and exposing himself last Monday.
Nimroid Folsom
(DOB: 4-23-73) is charged with second degree burglary
(F3) and indecent exposure (M3). The charges allege that
on the morning of June 23, 2003 two women were surprised by a
naked man in one of the bedrooms of their home. Police who
responded found him in a crawl space and took him into custody.
Folsom will appear
in Denver County Court, room 12T, on Monday, June 30, 2003 at
9:00 a.m. to be advised of the charges. He is currently being
held in the Denver County Jail; his bond has been set at
$10,000.
