District Attorney Bill Ritter, Jr. joins a coalition of neighborhood residents and youth, business leaders, faith-based community representatives, recreation center directors, public school teachers, community police, and community prosecutors who work on crime prevention and community building in Globeville.

  • 11 a.m. - 3 p.m., Saturday, August 18, 2001
  • Argo Park, 47th Avenue and Pennsylvania
  • Free authentic Mexican lunch provided by local restaurants
  • Family activities, safety demonstrations, youth talent show, entertainment including cultural stage shows

"Community Justice means an active partnership between law enforcement and the community on crime prevention and community building. One way we carry out this mission is through Globeville Community Day," said Denver District Attorney Bill Ritter.
