HEBERT FOUND
GUILTY OF MURDER
A Denver District
Court jury returned a guilty verdict this afternoon in the
murder trial of 60-year-old Hal Hebert (DOB: 9-9-42).
Hebert was found
guilty today of first-degree murder in the death of his wife,
Carol. Her body was found in the trunk of her car on April 12,
2001.
Hebert was
immediately sentenced to a mandatory sentence of life in prison
without parole.
