Marcus Milon (DOB: 9-3-77) is scheduled to be sentenced October 7, 2003 at 8:30 a.m. in Denver District Court, courtroom 17. The presumptive sentence for a class 6 felony is 1 year to 18 months in prison and up to a $100,000 fine.
