Denver DA Charges Man in RiNo Parking Garage Shooting Incident (Lambert)
DENVER—This morning, the Denver District Attorney filed charges against Bryan T. Lambert (age 39) who is alleged to have shot a high-capacity rifle in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood last Saturday. Lambert was charged with two counts of criminal mischief (F5), two counts of using a prohibited large-capacity magazine during a crime (F6) and one count of using a prohibited weapon (M2).
His case number is 19CR08856.
