Man Charged with Murder after Confronting Car Thieves (Fitch)
DENVER—The Denver District Attorney’s Office announced that prosecutors today filed a charge of murder in the first degree (F1) against Brice Fitch (age 24). Fitch is alleged to have shot and killed a man with an AR-15 rifle while he was breaking into Fitch’s vehicle.
Fitch was first advised on Monday, April 22, 2019. His case number is 19CR03005.
