Remaining Two Defendants Plead Guilty to 2021 Crime Spree
DENVER—Denver District Attorney Beth McCann today announced that the last two defendants have entered guilty pleas after going on a vicious crime spree in Denver, Aurora and Lakewood in August 2021. Their actions resulted in the shooting death of 18-year-old Shmuel Silverberg.
Isaiah Freeman (currently 20-years-old) – pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated robbery (F3) and to one count of first degree assault (F3) involving multiple victims. This is Denver District Court case number 21CR04942.
Samuel Fussell (currently 20-years-old) – pleaded guilty to one count of first degree burglary (F3) and to one count of first degree assault (F3) involving multiple victims. This is Denver District Court case number 21CR05094.
Both Freeman and Fussell are scheduled to for sentencing on May 31, 2023 at 1:30 in courtroom 5D. The other three defendants, Noah Loepp-Hall, Seth Larhode and Aden Sides, entered guilty pleas last month.
