Stefon Flowers Sentenced to 19 Years in Prison for Pimping
DENVER — Denver District Attorney John Walsh has announced that Stefon Flowers was sentenced today to 19 years in prison. On August 11 of this year, Flowers pleaded guilty to two counts of Pimping.
Between September and November 2023, Flowers coerced at least four women to participate in prostitution for his financial gain. Flowers posted ads online using pictures that he forced the women to take and, as sex buyers responded, he would set up the date, deliver the women to the location of the date, and wait in the car while the date happened. Flowers removed any control that the women had by threatening them if they did not behave as he instructed. After the dates, Flowers required the women to give him at least part of the money that they had made.
“Stefon Flowers preyed upon vulnerable women to satisfy his own greed. As his sentence shows, if you engage in human trafficking in Denver, you will be caught and prosecuted, and pay a heavy price under the law,” said DA Walsh. “I want to honor and highlight the crucial role of the victims in this case, whose courage in coming forward led to Flowers’ arrest and prosecution. I also want to thank the prosecutors, investigators and victim advocates in my office, as well as the detectives with the Denver Police Department, whose outstanding work brought about the case’s successful resolution.”
