MAN CHARGED WITH 2015 MURDER OF HIS WIFE

Denver District Attorney Beth McCann has formally charged a man in connection with the 2015 death of his wife.

Robert Feldman (dob: 03-09-1964) is charged with one count of murder in the first degree (F1).  The charge was direct-filed in District Court today.  The defendant was arrested February 13, 2018.

Feldman is accused of killing his wife, 44-year-old Stacy Feldman. Mr. Feldman allegedly discovered Mrs. Feldman deceased in their residence in the 3600 block of South Pontiac Way in the early afternoon of March 1, 2015.  The medical examiner was unable to determine the cause and manner of death.

No further details are available at this time as the arrest affidavit is sealed.

Feldman is being held without bond in Denver city jail. He is scheduled to appear on February 20 at 8:30 a.m. in courtroom 4G for advisement.
