Denver DA Charges Mark Howard and Roxanne Rodriquez-Hernandez with the Murder of Marquis Johnson

DENVER—The Denver District Attorney yesterday charged two adults, Roxanne Rodriquez –Hernandez (age 24) and Mark Howard (age 34) with murdering Marquis Johnson on February 19, 2020 in Denver’s Tech Center.

Rodriguez-Hernandez faces a total of 24 felony counts:  two counts of murder in the first degree (F1), six counts of conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree (F2), one count of first degree burglary (F3), one count of assault in the second degree (F3), one count of conspiracy to commit first degree burglary (F4), one count of conspiracy to commit second degree burglary (F4) and six counts of menacing (F5).  Her case number is 20CR01652.

Mark Howard faces a total of 25 felony counts:  two counts of murder in the first degree (F1), six counts of conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree (F2), one count of first degree burglary (F3), one count of assault in the second degree (F3), one count of conspiracy to commit first degree burglary (F4), one count of conspiracy to commit second degree burglary (F4) and six counts of menacing (F5), and one count of possession of a weapon by a previous offender (F6). His case number is 20CR01654.
